Centre d' Expertise is a sister company of Konsu Oy, located in Finland. Konsu Oy has over ten years experience in Russian business and therefore we have the latest actual information in use both in Finland and in Russia. Our company has established approximately 500 Western firms, arranged and carried out their accounting and juridical services in Russia.

Products and services

Centre d' Expertise assists Russian companies to establish in Finland and gives legal consultation in juridical issues. Additionally it organises tailor-made training about Russian business. The topics of the training are, for example, launching and carrying out business activities in Russia; risk survey; establishing of a company; drawing up of the most important contracts; taxation and accounting. Training is always based on the needs of client and it lasts from few hours up to several days. Normally the training is carried out in Finnish or in English and it is  is given by Managing Director, Pirjo Karhu (among other things, business activities, taxation, accounting, Master of Laws, Petri Nykänen (e.g. business, contract and labour law) and other Konsu specialists from Russia and Finland.
