Dear clients and partners!

The merger of Konsu and Pretax has proceeded successfully. Still, Konsu continues to operate under its own trade mark without any personnel or other changes in either Finland or Russia and Ukraine. We actively develop our services and IT-systems in cooperation with the International Accountor Group owned by Pretax.

This current year has been challenging to all companies. Finally signs of stabilization can be seen in the global economy. We are delighted that together we have weathered the storm. We can confidently look forward to a bright future.

KONSU SEMINARS IN MOSCOW AND ST.PETERSBURG

Konsu organized very successful seminars “Xmas and Taxation” on 18.11. and on 3.12. respectively in cooperation with the Finnish Embassy in Moscow and the Consulate General of St. Petersburg.  More information on this and future seminars and other Konsu events you may read at our homepage.

KONSU STRENGTHENS LEGAL SERVICES

In order to improve international legal services further Konsu Group has nominated LLM, MBA Mr Jari-Pekka Tyyskä as the director of legal services. His duties will include directing and developing of Konsu’s team of 20 lawyers legal services team working in  Konsu Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kyiv, dedicating special attention on servicing international parent companies.  

NEW AUDIT COMPANY FOR KONSU IN ST. PETERSBURG

In connection with the changes in auditing law and licensing as of 1.1.2010, Konsu has decided to start providing international standard audits under a new brand name “Nordic Advisors”. This company will continue provision of statutory audits for international corporations in cooperation with Konsu.
