1. According to the law all Russian companies should prepare annual shareholders’ decision for approval of financial result of year 2011. The term of preparing the decision depends from the company Charter, but in any case is has to be prepared until the end of April.
2. According to the article 229 of RF Tax Code, some taxpayers should submit tax declarations.

Accountor Konsu’s fourth year in Ukraine was closed with success.
Konsu subsidiary in Kyiv, Konsu Kyiv LLC, received significant acknowledgement when Ukrainian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Ukraine) and Organizing Committee of International Economic Rating ”League of the Best” ranked Konsu Kyiv on the 8th position among 350 000 enterprises in Ukraine. Ms. Pirjo Karhu was awarded Manager of the year of Ukraine 2011.
